Accomplishments & Description:
Responsible for on-boarding new clients through how to use the (SaaS: Time To Pet) software, creating and managing their account, and supporting clients as they used the software: uploading information, making reservations, invoicing, service updates, and any other questions or concerns. All communication was done remotely via chat, email or phone (some face to face for new clients). Helped startup obtain 1,500 clients in their first year, and managed and created a positive, encouraging environment for the distributed team. Also assisted in creating the startup’s website and brand/logo.

Side Hustle & Entrepreneurship: In 2015 I started my own business contracting with Rover.com. I set my own services and rates to meet local competition, and provided clients instant communication within a matter of seconds to a few minutes. I maintained 90% and above customer-retention and had 100% success on-boarding new clients after an initial meeting. I was solely in charge of the customer process and caring for their loved ones. I built a solid customer base with 40 all 5-star reviews.
